THEY DID A LOUSY FIRST CLEAN.
SHE THEN PROMISED TO IT MAKE RIGHT, BY GIVING ME A COMPLEMENTARY CLEAN.
SHE THEN MADE AND CONFIMED SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS; HOWEVER, SHE FAILED TO SHOW AT ANY OF THE MAKE-UP APPOINTMENTS. SOME APPOINTMENTS SHE DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE COURTESY OF A TEXT; SHE SIMPLY DID NOT SHOW UP.
SHE IS FULL OF EXCUSES AND CANNOT TRUST HER WORD.

I was looking for a DETAILED move out cleaning and I and extremely pleased with the services that I had completed by Ellas Meticulous Maid Services. She was on time, professional, brought all her own supplies, and did an overall meticulous cleaning! Her rates were also more affordable that most in the area, but this did NOT show in her work! I would highly recommend Ella with Ellas Meticulous Maid Services.
