I was so unhappy with this call. Hardik came late, diagnosed the problem, then stated his labour cost was $275 per hour! The part would be another $180!

Upon payment, he stated he forgot the VISA machine; I should do an etransfer to him. When I objected that it should be to the company, he said he would give it to the company.

We try and make sure they have it with them before the leave on a call but human mistakes happen. We will make sure that this never happens again. Technicians were very professional and efficient

Bosh dishwasher door springs required replacing. In addition energy wash selection does not turn off after cycle finishes. Technician indicate that this would be too expensive to repair and replacement was advised.

Dryer repair

Great experience. Answered my questions and were prepared to give me an estimate before any service call so I had an idea of what to expect upfront.
Tech guy Hardy came and was so friendly and efficient. Came back a few days later with the part and repair was done as smoothly as can be. It has been nearly a week and Dryer is working perfectly.
