The Crazy Plumber

We had a multiple issues in our mothers bathroom. Suddenly, one morning, the cold water tap ceased to work no water coming out difficult to turn either way. A duel handled faucet, which sounded like a foghorn when the cold was turned on, and water leaking out under the bathroom vanity from the bathtub area. Since my mother is 99 we need things to be working for her. I called a larger company on the North Shore and got a voice message. Tried several times, reception was not available, did not get a call until the following morning. I called the plumber and got a lovely woman on the line that was very helpful and friendly and said she would have someone out between 8 and 10 AM the next morning. The cold water faucet was fixed in the bathtub, tap, and faucet system was installed on the bathroom sink, the bathtub was sealed and caulked to prevent further leakage onto the floor. All in all with the house call he was there for four hours. A very reasonable cost for that length of time especially for a plumbing service! They will be the people Ill call for future issues
