Karim was an excellent source of information from the start. He encouraged us to do the project ourselves first because he felt it was an easy fix and didnt want us to have to pay for it. He even offered to loan his tools! When he did come to fix the planks, he fixed an additional one (at no extra cost) that collapsed. He was easy to communicate with. He was efficient and did a great job. Would definitely recommend him! Honest worker.

Sloppy workmanship and finishing. Left me with un-level and unsafe stairs. Hot tub pad was not built to the correct measurements and did not run parallel to the deck. They couldn't cut wood straight. Every aspect of the job there were mistakes made. The photos speak for themselves. I do not recommend. To be fair, they offered to come back and make improvements but every time they did the work was just as bad or worse so I gave up.

Service was beyond professional. the staff was friendly and price was reasonable for the quality of work. I would recommend this company for any of your contracting needs.

The whole patio deck replacement job went without a glitch from start to end. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning as Karim is young man, but one he started the job, I was sure he knew what he was doing.
He always entertained to requests for minor changes and improvements without giving it a second thought. I think he may have done more than we agreed upon work wise, and the patio deck turned out perfect.
He did not rush the job and paid attention to all the details. One area he can work on improving is better time management. It was not an issue in my case as I told him I do not have a specific timeline, but there is always room for improvement. Overall I give Karim a 10/10 and I am looking forward to carry out the next project for my house!
