Fence repair and tree planting

Found the company thru this site. The 2nd time i hired them, i had nothing but problems:
- left garbage behind at my home
- left leftover material on the neighbour's property (full fence panels, not small things)
- its been 5 WEEKS since he's been paid and part of the job is still not complete despite MULTIPLE follow ups and promises to show up (the tree planting)
UPDATE - finally after 5 1/2 weeks, the owner did finally come plant the tree
