Our basement renovation by Professional Track transformed an underused space into a bright, functional area that we love. Feroz and his partner very professional and I went beyond my expectations in doing the job. They took of their shoes at the door (my wife liked that) and wouldn't put them back on to work in the basement even after I suggested they do that. They put a drop sheet to contain any debris so there was minimal clean up. they repaired a corner of the drywall that I had damaged in removing the old fan. I didn't think what would show was much, but Feroz made it perfect. In putting in the new fan, he secured it with 4 screws (the one I removed was only held by 2.)
He even had some paint to touch up around the cover.

The owner is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I valued his input on my project. It was a whole-home renovation - Kitchen, washroom, flooring, painting, drywall, landscaping. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend this company to my friends and family
