I hired these guys to clean my external windows and internal windows requiring a long ladder.

The cleaners came 2+ hours late. I told them I needed them to be finished at a certain time as my family had plans.

They were at my house until much later than planned, and left after the sun went down.

Here are the main issues:
-General disrespect for my time. They pitched my neighbour on a window clean while my house was being done, and started doing her windows concurrently. Further extending the time the work at my house .
- the windows, especially on the top floor, were not cleaned well.
- they came into the house wearing shoes and tracked leaves everywhere.
- despite multiple reminders doors were left open.
- the main guy did not help the workers and instead was sitting around on my couch and later on my clean bed
- they were scared of heights and the staff person seemed panicked to be climbing the ladder for a key part of the job I hired him for.
- they used my water supply for my neighbour's house.

All and all, it was a comedy of errors.

Mirza came door-to-door while in the neighbourhood, selling window washing services, and siding cleaning. I agreed. One of his team members took on the work. When reviewing the work, I noticed that there were scratches all over the siding of the windows and doors. They both said that the scratches were there before. Which they weren't. Then Mirza suggested that I try and reproduce the issue with the brush. So I took the brush, and it immediately scratched our siding further.

After this, Mirza blamed his employee and was rude to him when in fact it was his equipment that was faulty. Mirza then tried to say that it was somehow not his fault and we still needed to pay for the work, which I said no. He left, and came back, then admitted that it was his equipment's fault and that he'd find someone to repair the damage they caused.

That was over 3 months ago. Since then, it has been excuse after excuse. I've been told that painters are too expensive and that he'd get to it in September (now says he will get to it in November). Then he asked me to source the painter myself and pay for the painter, and that he would reimburse me. I've declined the offer because nothing will fit within the budget that he's decided on (less that $800). We're eating the cost and lesson learned.

The new technology for windows is great, spotless,no film or residue, excellent workmanship, prompt and efficient, recommended.

Great job and really easy working with him. He is personable, upbeat and friendly and very keen on making his customers happy. There were some weather related delays but he was made sure to communicate and stay in touch keeping us informed. A refreshing change. Id definitely have them come back again.

Mirza and his staff are so professional and extremely thorough. We had our siding and windows cleaned and they look like new. I would highly recommend.

Prompt excellent service with an affordable price. Have used them more than once and have had them clean the entire exterior of our house (Siding, soffits, gutters and windows) and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Spent time to do the job properly. Pointed out when something could not be cleaned perfectly due to age, etc.
Even cleaned a high up inside window that I can't reach.
