Kenny installed a new gas water heater for us to replace our aging existing one. Excellent communication, provided information and options and answered all my questions promptly. Price was very reasonable and better than most other quotes I received. Kenny was polite and friendly, showed up on time and kept me informed. His gas fitter did a great job, was very professional and answered all my questions. Overall, the work was professional and area was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

We reached out to Ken because he was highly recommended, even though we were located in Toronto. He was fantastic to work with, and worked methodically to identify the issue with the tub that had intermittently been leaking water down into our kitchen (we had some guesses that turned out to be wrong!).

The issue was identified and resolved in one visit, he was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.

Kenny was wonderful to work with when we had a pipe leaking in our basement roof. He was able to quickly identify the issue and clearly explained how he was going to address it, what modifications to the roof would be needed to reach it, how he was going to fix it, and post care steps for when the area dried up and we could patch it. He was very thorough and patient. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing work!

Kenny phoned me immediately after posting our request. He was here the next day, on time, and quickly determined the best place to drill a hole in the kitchen floor. No problem for him that it was a tight spot in the basement to connect the new valve. We had water immediately and ice a short time after that.

For years, my parents had a upstairs plumbing leak that dripped onto the downstairs ceiling. The dripping would come and go, and after three plumbers, my parents just plain gave up.

Ken was excellent! He was so friendly and patient with my parents (who are not native English-speakers). He took the time to explain every step he was doing to try to identify the source of the leak. And he was able to figure out the problem as an old gasket, rather than pipe-related. Replaced it and there has not been a leak since. He also helped to fix one of my parents' toilets, including getting the necessary parts. I really appreciate the post-service follow-up. You can tell he really cares that he does a good job and that his clients are happy with the end results.
