Joana was highly recommended to us by someone in our building and she happened to be around when I messaged so she dropped in and we made a plan for to come and clean our loft. She was so incredibly thorough and professional, and exceeded all of our expectations and was a true delight to deal with. We could not be happier and will be using her services monthly going forward!!
