Tom provided a quote for the described job, but he went over and above the scope of the original job to fix problems encountered. He did an excellent job, was friendly and polite. He described the work and made suggestions how to improve the situation. He left everything very clean. He did not increase the price originally quoted despite the extra work he did. I will call him for future work and HIGHLY recommend him.
