I can be considered a demanding customer because I have high expectations. They went above and beyond for us from selecting our windows and new front door, to installation. They were as tidy as can be and took off their shoes every time they entered the house. Overall, I am happy with the final installation and new windows. My home feels warmer already. Evergreen was also the most reasonable in price from other quotes we got when considering warranty and everything we got. The sales experience was also really good overall.

I think when undertaking a major home reno project such as replacing windows and doors you need guidance and co-operation throughout the process, especially if you're not a contractor or experienced in this field. Bashar and Mark were amazing every step of the way and gave us the confidence from the beginning to ensure that the product and installation services would be to our satisfaction. That's the least I can say as the installation far exceeded our expectations - Jerry and his Team were simply the best! Our job included the reinstallation of our California Shutters and sometimes we think that they were reinstalled better than the original contractor :) Nevertheless, the removal and installation of all of our windows and doors were fantastic with proper care and attention to detail that I'm certain not many in this industry would do today.
