New Stone Interlocking and Home Improvements

Pressure washed patio interlock without removing furniture or planters. Did not shield pool. Hired non-English speaking amateur labourers who did not understand or know what to do. Replaced with entirely different team next day -- they rebuilt 3-row retaining wall without alternating bricks. Had to be torn down. Job was not completed. Left unused bricks on plants and in garden area. No attention to detail. Promised to return to remove mound of sand left at curb, but didn't. No light mist spray of water to harden and activate polymeric sand as per manufacturer's directions. Only one coat of sealer received -- manufacturer recommends two. No prep; no finish. Took my push-broom and shovel. Will not respond to phone calls or e-mails.
