Kitchen cupboards and counters
BUYER BEWARE! This company takes your money and runs. Blames you for any faults in their product. I have ended up paying this company for complete kitchen cupboards (through a sub-contractor) plus quartz counters.
Long story short, they installed cabinets that were just thrown up, not adjusted, and left. Their admin was on the phone demanding payment that day when the guys had barely arrived. I felt pressured to pay them off. They quick to get advances etc. from me.
Paid for drawers with dovetail joint (like what they display in their front show room). What I ended up with are cupboards and drawers that are not level - anywhere, and stapled together.
Drawers roll out, and are not level across or back to front. Some worse than others.
Have gone into their store multiple times and each time have been told that the cabinet guy, will call me. Have not received any call.
The manager has insisted that my floors are not level and therefore they can do nothing.
Manager also insisted that the stapled drawers are high quality. He even said that he had paid $80k for his own cupboards that are stapled.
I have gone back multiple times, and requested to speak with the owner and have been told a variety of lines; hes not here, hell be here next week, hell be back in three weeks, hell be back in two weeks, hes on holiday. I have asked for his phone number, but they say he is not available. He is not reachable.
The manager, one time, came out of his office and pretended he was the owner, and only smiled when I said he was the manager, after I asked his name.
Counter tops measured with pencil and tape, no laser measure. I was told that it was not needed. Also they are not quite level either.
They are refusing to do anything. In other words they have not guaranteed anything that they have installed.
