The bottom freezer on our refrigerator was leaking water. I called CanadAppliance and they sent a technician within 2 hours. He was pleasant, efficient and quickly determined the problem to be a frozen drain line. The freezer compartment was dismantled, the ice removed, everything reinstalled and now working as it should.
