My 1880 farmhouse had a mudroom badly in need of a new back wall and roof. The concrete wall footing had pushed away, and the wall had decayed from the base up. The roof was rickety and full of holes. After demolition, Don and his crew poured a concrete base for a new sill plate and rebuilt a sturdy wall. The roof rafters were replaced with a much more robust 2x6 construction. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Siding and shingling completed the job, and it looks great! The room is now solid as a rock, and it was a joy to have the recent rain remain on the outside! Would highly recommend, and would use Don's again
