Retaining wall very very poor quality of work

I did retaining wall in the year 2023 with Lucas and I was charged 20K cash. Work quality is very very poor. He came 8-10times to re-fix and redo the stuff. In 2024 once the soil settled down the retaining wall on sides started falling apart. I complained him many times but never showed up.
Be careful with this company and person you will regret your choice. I would suggest to get the work done with some other company who have proper planning and use good products. I will add photos soon.
