Very sloppy tuckpointing. Messy concrete work. Intimidated payments daily before job was complete. Once paid, disappeared for days. Mortar was left an absolute mess. Damage to the bricks. Hard to get them back to work even after many promises from them. Decided against having them fix all the mistakes. Asked for a very reasonable part refund with no response. Their website says they guarantee their work.
