I had outdoor lights installed by an electrician earlier this year who did not do the job correctly and to code - the fixtures were hanging downward and rain water was getting in. Ali (Murtex Electric) replied to my post in Home Stars. He messaged me for a quick call to explain the problem and asked for pictures. He explained to me the problem with the install and provided a verbal estimate with a written estimate followed shortly after. He was on time, courteous and professional.
