I had outdoor lights installed by an electrician earlier this year who did not do the job correctly and to code - the fixtures were hanging downward and rain water was getting in. Ali (Murtex Electric) replied to my post in Home Stars. He messaged me for a quick call to explain the problem and asked for pictures. He explained to me the problem with the install and provided a verbal estimate with a written estimate followed shortly after. He was on time, courteous and professional. I've hired Ali for a number of projects for my clients over the years. Of course he's installed simple Potlights and industrial lights on my residential and commercial jobs. He's been able to upgrade electrical panels and is knowledgeable about electrical inspection and is always able to answer client or inspector questions. More recently he's been implementing Tesla chargers for clients as they become more popular. The things that stand out about Ali is his professionalism and the fact that he is on time and reliable (not always the case when you're hiring different tradespeople)! You can trust him around clients and don't need to babysit him or look over his work.
