poor communication, was mislead on agreed payment method, left windows covered in paint and cleaning product, lack of tools so I was asked if I could supply a ladder and paint tray, did not use the specified paint that I requested, lack of concern for my personal property and gardens when removing eves, left remnant's of aluminium cuttings and screws all over deck and lawn.
