I had to have a gas line installed along with my new gas range. Chris and his dad, Joe, were amazing! Both were super friendly, communicated well, and were transparent about all costs - which were super fair. They are trustworthy, kind, patient, and do an absolutely fabulous job. They kindly walked me through all safety measures as well. They brought everything needed, and had all the tools required to do a perfect job. They made sure everything worked and that I was happy with the job before they left. Honestly, I recommend this company whole heartedly. I am so happy with Chris and his dad! A++++ all the way!

After having some home renovations done both of my fireplaces needed some serious cleaning. Previous attempts at lighting them failed. Ultimate Gas service were so friendly and polite which means a big deal to meand they got the job done. Thanks so much!!

To be honest, I had a bit of sticker shock at how much prices have gone up since i had gas lines installed at my last house 10 years ago, however Chris made time in his busy schedule to come install my gas hookup within 2 days of contacting him through Home Stars. We thought we planned well for an upcoming family weekend bbq. Booked a connection appointment with another company. Thursday evening 9:01pm our appointment was canceled by text stating [too far to drive now for a single job as his other job was canceled last minute]. Our weekend would be ruined. Last minute scrambling to find a solution, we found a few numbers online. Chris responded well after business hours. Next day arrived as expected. What a pleasure. Gas line installed, finished setting up the bbq [things the original installer should have done] AND gave me a tutorial. Do not bother looking elsewhere. Ultimate Gas Services is exceptional!

We first used Chris from Ultimate Gas Services in Summer 2023 to repair a built in DCS gas bbq that wasnt heating properly and then again in May 2024 to clean an outdoor built in gas fireplace where the pilot light wouldnt work. In both instances Chris was very prompt to do the repair work, doing a very thorough job of assessing the issues and making repairs to both. Chris is a super nice guy and would highly recommend him for any gas related repairs you may need.

Chris did a fantastic job repairing our washing machine. He was timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very enthusiastic and friendly. His prices were reasonable and the services provided were high quality. Would definitely recommend ultimate gas services.

This year the same issue and now I was told I'd need parts but the company never returned even thou I texted them a few times.

Chris was recommended and after a diagnostic advised parts need replacement and would take 3 weeks. Eventually Chris replaced the parts and after a complete service the Fireplace works as brand new.

Chris from Ultimate Gas Services was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had no heat and he was able to fix our furnace same day.
