If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with T.J Metal has been an absolute nightmare.
From the start, the the guy name Tiago was a disaster. It failed almost immediately, and when I reached out for help, I was ignored for days. When I finally managed to speak to someone, the customer service was abysmal--rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving my issue.
The level of incompetence and disregard for customers at this company is staggering. They clearly don't care about their customers once they've got your money. I wasted [time, money] trying to get this resolved, only to be met with useless responses and delays.
Do yourself a favor and avoid T.J Metal at all costs. They are a joke of a company with zero respect for their cus-tomers. Just to inform about some critical issues with this company. Due to recent negative experiences and serious concerns, I strongly advise against hiring them for any projects
I recommend exploring other options to ensure a successful outcome.
