Bought a house that was just a broken down nightmare and needed a whole renovation. It had so many problems, biggest being mold had spread throughout most of the property, and it seems it's been doing so for a few months/years. We had the entire property inspected room by room and they tore out every affected area, cleaned, and protected the wood beams with a mold prevention paint. It's quite impressive to see the transformation. We are now ready to begin rebuilding the house of our dreams this spring knowing it will be clean and mold free for many years to come.
