Dane is great to work with. He is very personable and communicates clearly. He responds quickly to any communications. Reliable as far as scheduling. He is a great problem solver. I initially approached him for some asphalt work and some window repair, but I kept throwing in other small jobs that needed doing and he was very flexible about it. I live in downtown Toronto but he has no problem coming in from Ajax to work. Highly recommended!

Dane was quick to respond to my query. He called right away and was able to resolve my need of fixing the doors. I noticed his drive to persist on one particular door which refused to get fixed....it did eventually.

I hired Colligan Contracting on the spur of the moment as I had a terrible mold issuing my main bathroom. He was over to do some measurements and look at the situation right away. Dane was a pro! Knew his stuff, was on time, knowledgeable and tidy. He did the following work for us: new floor tile in house entrance, repaired and installed an interior door, mounted our 75 wall tv and built and installed a custom bulkhead. I needed an access panel installed in the wall to provide access to my water meter. I also had two doors that had swollen and needed to be cut down to avoid ruining the floor. Dane provided a very reasonable price for this job, showed up on time, and kept a smile on his face when he hit a couple of snags. He cleaned up as he went, and was a pleasure to deal with.
