Chris will say anything you want to hear until he has your money. Then its crickets. Quoted one price, removed the shingles and then the price doubled. Took a month of hounding before I got a new contract showing the price I actually paid. Its now been over 3 months and Im still waiting for him to send the drone footage to me. There are plenty of roofers. Any one of them will likely serve you better than this one. I feel totally ripped off (especially after reading these reviews).

Aggressive in their approach. Quoted me one price and increased it significantly once the shingles were removed. They also scared my wife with stories about our roof possibly collapsing if theres a storm. Regardless I paid the extra.what choice do you have when your roof is naked. Its now been a month later and I have not received a receipt or the warranty they promised. I also saw them salvaging the shingles from my roof. Instead of putting it in the garbage they were putting my old shingles in a box neatly most likely for reuse. Promised me a referral fee but its been three weeks since the completion of that job and nothing. Today the person I spoke with ask me if I have that promise in writing (referring to the referral fee promised to me).

I met Chris a month ago, they finished to replace shingle and ply wood at just one day. Thanks.

I'm convinced I was misled. The original quote was low at $4,100, a thousand lower than others. But once all the shingles were removed I was informed that 60% of the plywood needed to be replaced and the final cost was $15,820. I'm a senior and I am sceptical that the final cost was appropriate or warranted. In addition I was not provided with a contract until all the shingles were removed and I had a house with nothing on the roof and with no option but to agree. As well, the price quoted for the plywood was highly inflated and I saw no evidence that 60% of the plywood was replaced. What I saw thrown off the roof was less than 25% or possibly only 10%.
