New driveway asphalt didn’t even last a month

Had two new driveways installed and was quoted 3 of material, but they clearly used less. The surface is crumbing and weeds are growing through the thin layer of asphalt. I trying contacting them and they blocked my number. So much for an apparent 5 year warranty.
