Best prices out there by far! Saved thousands by using Pablo's company. Pablo was satisfactory to deal with and attentive to my concerns. The main installer on the other hand gave me the impression that he was rushing because he originally had another job to go to after. Some of my concerns with the project included: installer unhooked kitchen plumbing and it ended up leaking a lot into my basement bathroom from the ceiling (now I have a water stain on my basement ceiling and Pablo told me to spray Clorox to fix the stain). This could have been prevented had more care been taken by the installer. When removing all the old counters, the installer left all the screws inside my cupboards which I had to hunt down and find. They also had to cut into my bathroom cabinets which created a lot of wood shavings. I understand the need to do this however, I had to clean all this up. This team did not bring a shop vac or broom for clean-up. A different installer had to come back the next day, who was fabulous, to put the correct # of holes in our bathroom counters for our faucets. Then another installer, who was also fabulous, and Pablo came on the 3rd day to put clear caulking on sections that were missed from the original installer as well as round one of the corners off to match the rest of the counters as opposed to begin fully squared. We did notice the white dap caulking is cracking along the walls and Pablo mentioned they would fix as well. Overall I love my counters and Pablo did address most of my concerns.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, especially the water leakage. After our crew unhooked the faucet and sink, there were initially no signs of leakage, and they continued with their work. Unfortunately, due to an insufficiency with the cutoff valve, the remaining water in the pipes began to leak, and it was not promptly noticed. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused you.
We also apologize for the oversight regarding the leftover screws and the wood shavings from the cabinet cuts. It is our standard practice to ensure a thorough cleanup, and we regret that the team did not bring the appropriate equipment for this.
We appreciate your patience and understanding with the additional visits required to complete the job to your satisfaction. It’s reassuring to know that the subsequent installers were able to address most of your concerns effectively.
