We had old, dingy carpet in our kids bedroom. In 4 hours, it was gone, and was replaced by laminate with new baseboards. The team was great. Kind, communicative, and did a great job. Highly recommend using them.

I am so so so impressed with the Nikolas Flooring team. About three years ago I bought a condo that had carpet in the two bedrooms, laminate in the living room dining room, green tile at the front door and pink tile in the kitchen. I hired the team to scrap 5 different types of floor in 650 square feet and we did wall to wall room to room continuous SPC vinyl from AA Flooring in Etobicoke.
This project was a big deal to me and I was NERVOUS. Heres everything that went RIGHT.
- the team is fully insured with liability and WSIB. No issues with providing proof of insurance beforehand - this is required by my condo board. The professionalism around this was very stand out
- they were on time, promptly arriving at 9 am and leaving at 5 (again, more condo rules)
- they were so clean and tidy as they worked - no random pieces of flooring or nails and screws strewn about - they vacuumed continuously, swept, carefully moved furniture
- THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN TWO DAYS. Including removing all existing flooring, disposal, baseboard, quarter round, reinstalling sliding closet doors, installing. And it looks incredible.
- we realized some things as the project went on that required us to pivot a little - the team presented me with all of the options available and helped me decide what would be best, promising it would look good no matter what I pick. And it did. And the team never changed the price. No hidden cost, just an honest commitment to the quoted amount
- I felt very safe with the team. As a young (ish), single, female, I was nervous about having a houseful of men I didnt know - it wasnt weird for one single second. Respectful of me, my home, my belongings, and extremely accountable for the work
- the team is extremely responsive by text, call, email and homestars - I dont think I ever waited longer than an hour for a response in the few weeks leading up to the project
- lucky for me Ill probably never have to have the floors done in this home again, but if I did, it would be Nikola and team over and over and over again - Im so pleased with the work

Nik and his team arrived exactly when they said. He showed me some sample but allowed me to procure my own luxury vinyl. He helped me move all the furniture and found a way to ensure that the vinyl was good ! He has a great attention tondetail and did a great job in my laundry room, powder room and kitchen. When I later decided to change the newly installed shoe moulding, nik was away but eli on his team came by early on a weekend to suit my schedule and did a great job with the update.

Nikola answered my request for services immediately and was able to complete the job in under 6 hours. He was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with and I absolutely love my new floors. Pricing was fair considering it was a small project and hard to find someone willing to come out to complete the work. I definitely recommend his services and will be using them in the near future.

I got the materials - these guys did the job of laying insulation and vinyl in our basement. They were fast, professional and really friendly. They even stayed longer to touch up some spots in our kitchen flooring just cuz theyre great guys. Highly recommend.

We discovered a soft spot in our floor, where the boards were noticeably bending. Nikola and Ilija came over and quickly diagnosed what was going and offered a couple of different solutions. Their work was top notch, and customer service was fantastic!
