Matt gave me a great quote right off the bat and he was very professional and easy to work with. He arrived on site at the agreed apon time, but he could not reach out tenant to come let him in. He was extremely patient throughout the whole ordeal until we were finally able to get him in. He found that the damage to the backing of our tile was much worse than we thought and he maintained clear and constant communication with us about that so that we could figure something out that was within our budget. I understand that dealing with repairs when the land lord is not on site can get complicated, especially when the unexpected comes up, but Matt dealt with it with nothing but kindness and professionalism.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling on him again if there is anything else that we need in the future
