I was having a very frustrating time finding a company or individual who would take on my very small job. Finally I sent an email to Erik and he promptly replied that he would take it on. I was so grateful and happy. My week long search was over. I took my small job to him. I needed a closet rod cut and it was easier for me to take the rod to the tools. I dropped late afternoon one day and picked up the next day, as promised. I brought the pieces home and they fit perfectly in the brackets. I'm very sure he would have had it done same day but I was not in a rush and told him it was not necessary for same day. And so fairly priced. He did strike me as being very accommodating and would have had it ready at my request. I am now making a list of small repairs I need done in my home and I will be calling on Erik to see if he is interested in taking it on. I'm confident he will. He is very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend his service.
