Royal Caulking

Had a great experience working with Paul. He's a really nice guy who does excellent work. I felt the price was fair and the quality of the work was very high.

Owner who did the job was friendly and on time for start and finish of project. Job was first rate with added insulation under the caulking. Very good cleanup with debris left behind. Would highly recommend this company. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

From the moment I asked for a quote till the job was complete, it was a pleasure dealing with Paul and Lucas. They showed up on time every day, worked long hours to meet job time frame and always did an excellent job and took great pride in making it look first class. They spent the required time to ensure the door was properly sanded and then they stained and varnished it. The door looks amazing. I would highly recommend Royal Caulking.

I contacted Royal for above work and this young man sub contracted with another company to better deal with my needs. It was a pleasure to work with this team. I contacted them on the Friday and they both came the next day.
These two companies worked hard without heavy equipment. which made me happy.
It may be too soon to evaluate completed work but I feel this company will repair any issues that may occur from workmanship

Well months later and much rain I now have puddling on concrete slab and today needing to measure for shed instal I am now faced with measurement that are not square . Paul should have known who he contracts and Alex should not do a half fast job. Now I will try to contact Paul at Royal but not sure what he can do? Very disappointed.

Paul(Royal Caulking) is exceptional. He takes time to discuss the job in detail and explains all the options available for getting things done in the project. Once we have the plan ready he executes the tasks according to the plan and the schedule.

There were occassions when we identified more areas to be covered and he stayed longer to complete those areas instead of rushing things up or adding days to the project. For the newly identified areas he only charges according to what he originally quoted for the project. He doesn't take advantage of the scope-creep. That shows his honesty and integrity.

We are very happy that the quality and the workmanship is A grade. Above all his professionalism, friendliness and respect towards his clients assures everything. If any of my friends ask me for recommending a contractor for all their caulking needs, I would strongly recommend Royal Caulking(Paul).
