This Company staff came and went up and began banging on the downspouts I said not to do that because dirt will go to the sewers. Yanus quoted over the phone price and stated that they would snake the spouts this was not done. The snake stayed on truck. they completed job with in 15 minutes they needed my gate open and I thought to clean rear downspout . I understand the logistics and I know that from top level to lower level staff did not jump down. my rear spout connected to upper spout see picture. 2 ladders used were in front, snake in truck, and staff on roof banging on spouts unacceptable. when I went to the front they were driving away I stopped them and said you can't be finished you didn't clean and sweep the eaves they said it was clean I said I would call office. I did and asked for supervisor to come back for recheck? no call back or email. just the invoice. I have used this company many years and very satisfied. At this time I know staff performed poorly and the company sign was not even posted because they knew they'd rushed off.

I contacted Royal for above work and this young man sub contracted with another company to better deal with my needs. It was a pleasure to work with this team. I contacted them on the Friday and they both came the next day. These two companies worked hard without heavy equipment. which made me happy. It may be too soon to evaluate completed work but I feel this company will repair any issues that may occur from workmanship. Thank you to Paul at Royal and Alex renovation Services

Adrian and his team were great! A few glitches but not unexpected, I upgraded my system therefore a learning period required. Accepting new technology and what it can do. Shout out to Adrian and understanding my concerns Thank You!

I called Garage Door Now and tech Eric arrived gave quote and wanted deposit for Job, I wanted any form of invoice or receipt for deposit. Eric said I would get from office. I gave deposit Jan 20, 2022 I have called office everyday for my refund. I thought it to be over priced. The very next morning I called office, Andi, Jane and Nicole at office or dispatch, all said "don't worry we will refund via e-transfer." Today I still have not received refund or invoice for my deposit . People beware if you give deposit without invoice. Customers need to be careful if any service performed would be honest and fair. I also was unable to locate an address for this company.
