I almost never write reviews but couldn't help writing one given the exceptional work & service Adrian and Costa delivered for us today.

We were looking to mount a Samsung Frame TV over our fireplace and wanted to hide the wire in order for the TV to look more like a painting when on standby. Adrian explained all our options in a lot of detail & also transparently disclosed associated costs.

When they began work and cut a hole in the dry wall, we discovered that there wasn't enough room behind the drywall to fish the proprietary Samsung cable with its big adapter. Adrian and Costa then brainstormed and shared ideas with us on how to best conceal the cable. They were very transparent about the risks with each option and patiently walked us through each option.

They found a good solution to the issue: first a thin trench to the mantel, followed by a small hole in the mantel, and then run the cable through the hollow metallic stud on the edge of the fireplace.

On our request, they also wrapped the included cable in a fire-resistant jacket for no extra cost (the in-wall-rated ones are $300 at BestBuy).

Since the drywall had no gap with the exterior wall, this turned into a complicated installation which required careful consideration of the options & associated risks. Adrian and Costa worked almost 5 hours for something that would otherwise take an hour or two. Despite this they happily did the work and charged us the same as what we had initially negotiated.

I was left really impressed by their professionalism, patience, and the pride they took in doing a great job. From start to finish, they always advocated in the best interest of their customer.

Would give them 11/10 if I could! Will be recommending TechSystem to all family and friends going forward.

I recently purchased a security camera kit but quickly realized that installing it myself was beyond my expertise. Im so glad I was referred to Adrian and his team. Adrian and Costel arrived on time and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy throughout the process.

They did an outstanding job with the installation. My cameras are functioning perfectly, and they took the time to walk around with me, discussing the setup and fine-tuning the camera angles to ensure everything was just right.

One aspect I particularly appreciated was how neat and tidy they left the worksite. All dust and debris were cleaned up, wires were neatly secured, holes were properly caulked, and the overall appearance was immaculate.

Their pricing was very fair. I provided the security system and UTP cabling, but they brought additional spares just in case.

We needed to get fast ethernet connection from the basement to two upstairs bedrooms. This was not an easy job but Adrian was able to complete everything in a single day, without any mess, he's using certified high end 6a ethernet cable which gives exactly what we needed. Very professional and highly recommend Adrian to anyone.

I hired Adrian and Costa to install 5 wired IP and 1 door bell camera at my house with fully finished basement. They did an amazing job and simply exceeded all my expectations. Clean job, no drywall holes or anything to patch up, everything works perfectly. Talented, friendly hardworking and experienced team. My ultimate goal was to have security cameras installed around our fully furnished home (basement too) that would record 24/7 and have a deterrent function. I had several security vendors come to the house and the way they wanted to do installs didn't sit well with me - some wanted to run conduit on the outside of the house, some wanted to run wireless cameras but still get PoE just to power the camera, some wanted to drill holes where holes didn't need to be drilled, etc.. Their logic made no sense to me.

I'm so glad that I found Techsystem on HomeStars. I read the reviews like everyone else and I knew I had found the right person for the job, so I sent an email and Adrian responsed the same day, in the evening, likely after his job for the day was complete. We spoke on the phone and communicated via text for a couple of weeks covering any questions I had. It was finally time to have Adrian out at the house to discuss the work in detail. Adrian is a worker bee, not a salesman, so if you're looking for someone to really sell you, that's not really in his nature. Adrian's work speaks for itself, as you can see from all the fantasetic reviews on HomeStars. Adrian was patient and answered all my questions. I have to admit, I had no idea how Adrian was going to pull off the things he said he would deliver, like run ethernet cable all over my house without any visible damage or holes. How is that possible? Trust me, its possible; I'm a believer now. The one thing that stood out from the walkthrough was when Adrian said "when we come to your house, it becomes our home and that's how we'll treat it". I secured Adrian on the spot for the future install and we discussed starting the job in approximately 2 weeks; its hard for him to determine when jobs will start and end as each one comes with its own challenges for Adrian to overcome.

Adrian arrived early in the morning with Costas to start the job promptly with the hardware we discussed and he ran any major decision by me before proceeding to make sure we were aligned. I'm glad I had the week off of work as I needed to make myself available as needed for Adrian. I was also curious how he was going to deliver what he said he would; once I saw Adrian in action, I gave him all the space he needed and I went on Autopilot after. I told Adrian I didn't need an HDMI to my TV as I would view the cameras on other devices. Adrian somewhat disregarded what I had said and I'm glad he did because it was much more helpful having a direct connection to setup the NVR properly as it takes time to finess the settings - he was already running ethernet lines by there, so it made sense for him to do it.

The job lasted about 2 full 12 hour days. Adrian is a perfectionist - he's not happy until his client is happy. I changed the specs of the job a few times while Adrian was here, based on some ideas I had with relocating hardware; Adrian was very accommodating. Our family is very happy with the install. We will be using Adrian when we install some in-wall speakers in the future.

The one buyer beware tip I have for folks looking to secure Adrian's services is to think twice about using Ameta's AI Base Technology security cameras; Ameta is Adrian's hardware vendor. Their AI Color app does not perform fully as intended and has issues. If you don't believe me, read the reviews on Google Play or in the App Store. Alert notifications can be non-existent, delayed, you receive a notification for the channel name and not the name you gave the camera, etc. It's amateur hour and it's evident that features are launched and are not thoroughly tested. It's not like they built this app from scratch, it's a clone as I have friends with other apps that look identical. This is not a knock to Adrian by any means - I let Adrian know my frustrations with the App and he passed my concerns to Ameta and I was provided with some feedback and some workarounds. For the kind of money I spent, the hardware and software should be rock solid. My advice is to absolutely use Adrian, but don't use AI Base Technology cameras - Ameta has other cameras or maybe look at sourcing your own.

TechSystems dis a great job installing 7 exterior security cameras around our house. They were able to fish the wires through the walls and into the basement without making an holes. It was a big job requiring 2 days of work. They worked quickly and ensured everything was cleaned up. I will definitely be reaching out to them for future ethernet work.

If you have a job you think is impossible to do, Adrian is your guy. I contacted another popular company and they couldn't do the job and turned me away. I then contacted Adrian and he managed to run cable from the 2nd floor down to the basement as well as install a wireless AP on the second floor WITHOUT going into the attic. He is truly a wizard and worth every penny you spend. Hire him for your network job and you won't regret it. Thank you Adrian (and Costas!)

Adrian was able to install multiple drops to 4 levels of my interior unit townhome and install a network cabinet, 6 cable patch panel to my living room and exterior CCTV cams. Each drop secured by a perfect outlet with no drywall damage at all. They worked through each roadblock where many others would have just shaken their heads and cut through the wall. He is a cable wizard and they were pleasant to have around. The cameras are working perfectly now and I feel very safe. I honestly don't know if I could have found anyone else to do the work to this standard. Thrilled!

Adrian and his team were great! A few glitches but not unexpected, I upgraded my system therefore a learning period required. Accepting new technology and what it can do. Shout out to Adrian and understanding my concerns Thank You!

I was in touch with Adrian to install ethernet ports and to help clean up the basement panel where Rogers Ignite was coming in. He was able to accommodate a visit quickly and surprisingly do the install the same day. He was organized through out. He pointed out ways to improve my set up. He was able to install a new panel box for the switch, modem, router and power bar in the basement. He installed 3 ports in my house which has improved things immediately and amazingly, no holes other than the one needed for the port itself. Super efficient and cleaned up as he went. Super impressed with the quality of work and price point!
