Jerry responded to me within minutes of my posting and followed up with a phone call. After a quick chat and me sending him photos of the oven make/model, he confirmed what he felt was the issue and then the suggested repair cost as well as his availability. He was able to come the next day, which was great! Jerry showed me what was wrong and also checked another option just to rule it out. He was clear in his communication and easily did the repair. He was transparent and friendly and Id have no issue using his services again! Thanks!
