Nigel travelled out to Leduc and provided my wife and I a quick and professional estimate based on the actual measurements of the roof. What impressed me most about the estimate is he started off by quoting quality over price his quote with a better quality of shingle was in line with the pricing of the other five contractors that came before him with a lower grade of shingle and product. This allowed us the opportunity to barter the price down if we wished to downgrade the quality of materials being used which we did not because his pricing was bang on with the previous quotes received for the lower grade of shingles and materials.
The service was excellent prompt, safe and efficient with a three man crew with one consistently focused on cleaning and maintaining safe walking areas and prevention of materials leaving our site into the neighbours and surrounding community.
Any changes to the program were promptly discussed and agreed upon which is greatly appreciated. When two roof boards were found to be in poor condition, Nigel replaced them at no extra cost which illustrated his attitude towards quality at the best price.
The job was completed on time as promised, at the cost promised and most importantly safely and efficiently. This crew was very professional and Nigel personally attended and participated in the work which took only a day and a half to complete. When the job was done our yard, patio, lawns and driveway were cleaner than they arrived and showed no evidence of the home being a recent worksite.
