I have hired Luke back on June 21, 24 to fix the gutter, as well leveling, cleaning and sealing the steps and walkways. Luke has promise that's he has two crew to finish the job ASAP one for the roof/Gutter, and other one for the steps and walkaway. to my surprise he's one-man company and he doesn't do roofing (best Roofer) and he has to hire another guy to repair the roof. anyway, he finishes the work with 10 years Guarantee.
still getting nails from the roof and the walkaway does look like before, stain and weeds growing backs, tried to contact him for the last month, finally he answers and promise to come back and fix the issues, but he never show up only false promises. very frustrated from the entire experience as well from Home Stars to have someone like him to do business within the network of professionals .
Don't hire him as most probably will come back next year with new name.
last year was Best Roofer & Renovation, this year going with other name, not sure what the name for next year.
Actually I would like to hold Home Stars accountable for this experience as I knew him from this web page.
