Jason did an excellent job with our countertops! The entire process was super professional and well priced. I've recommended Richy Granite to multiple of my friends, and they've also been more than satisfied with their service. From the estimates to being straightforward, the employees were so nice and patient. Definitely recommend, 10/10 experience, would love to work with you all again!

A+++ Grade Craftsmanship!

Richmond Hill

A+++ customer service and craftsmanship! Thank you to Jason and his installers for an exceptional job on our new quartz kitchen counter top and backsplash! Jason was extremely knowledgeable and prompt to respond to all inquiries. Delivery and installation was quick and their prices cannot be beat! His installers were very respectful, answered all my questions, very meticulous in their work and even cleaned up after themselves. We were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely recommend Richy Granite to all friends and family for future renos.

Courteous and Professional Installers!

Richmond Hill

We had a new Quartz countertop made and installed by Richy Granite. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jason came over (showed up as scheduled) , made detail measurements and several well received suggestions regarding our project. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and indicated 5-10 days from the time of order. The countertop was installed within 8 days. The installers did an excellent job and kept things clean. They were professional, thorough and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Richy Granite and I strongly recommend them. Pricing was great as well. Thank you Richy Granite!

Professional, Quick, Reliable

If you are looking for a high quality product, expert advice, expert finishes, and ongoing, clear, concise, and informative communication, then look no further. I have never dealt with anyone in any trade that was so quick to respond to communication than Jason. From the time I first contacted him, right up to following the completion of my new counters, Jason checked in, and followed up at every stage. After providing me with an accurate and most competitive quote, and a rapid measuring appointment, Jason scheduled an impressively quick installation time and date. The installers arrived impressively early on the installation date and were most helpful in assisting me with a final removal of the old counter section (again, they were early and did not complain that I wasn't entirely ready for them). They worked quickly on installing our amazing new counters, sinks, and vanities, and were extremely neat in tidying up (my kitchen and bathrooms were cleaner after they left then when they arrived). I will definitely be recommending Jason and his team to all my family and friends, and look forward to reaching out to Jason again in the near future.

Quartz countertops and backsplash

Richy was recommended to me by a friend who redid his entire kitchen years ago. I used Richy just for the quartz countertops at my Toronto loft back in 2019 and was very pleased with the price and the finished product, so I recommended my family work with them to install both quartz countertops and a matching backsplash for their new kitchen in Pickering. I turned out amazing (see photos). Great value for money. What's especially noteworthy is that after the installation, my mother noticed some dried resin on the backsplash that the installers missed when wiping it down. I notified Jason (sales focal) and within 10 minutes one of his installers was at the house and removed it. Highly-recommend you give this place a try.
