Richy Granite and Quartz

As a designer, I've been recommending and working with Richy granite and quartz exclusively for the last several years. Jason and his team are always professional, prompt, communicative and most importantly provide a great offering, flawless fabrication, great lead times and and a perfect installation. I am always hesitant to recommend other trades and suppliers - but I have full confidence in Richy Granite and Quartz and my clients are always thrilled. Thank you!

I chose to contact Richy granite 1 year ago because of his great reviews and he was listed as ceaserstone quartz provider. At that time,
I appriaciate how Richy had discussed the possible options when installing the countertop to minimize the look of seam. I remember, he also mentioned that the seam might need additional filler in the future because of its proximity to the oven.
The installment were smooth, and the countertop look great. I was planning to write a good review then but some how had forgotten to write.
A year later, I called Richy to ask for advice for new island counter top that match my old one, and at the end I happen to ask him how to maintain the old counter top seam as new. After I showed him the picture, he came and fix that free of charge.
What an example of great customer service to do a quality work even after year.

We had a new Quartz countertop made and installed by Richy Granite. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jason came over (showed up as scheduled) , made detail measurements and several well received suggestions regarding our project. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and indicated 5-10 days from the time of order. The countertop was installed within 8 days. The installers did an excellent job and kept things clean. If you are looking for a high quality product, expert advice, expert finishes, and ongoing, clear, concise, and informative communication, then look no further. I have never dealt with anyone in any trade that was so quick to respond to communication than Jason. From the time I first contacted him, right up to following the completion of my new counters, Jason checked in, and followed up at every stage. After providing me with an accurate and most competitive quote, and a rapid measuring appointment, Jason scheduled an impressively quick installation time and date. The installers arrived impressively early on the installation date and were most helpful in assisting me with a final removal of the old counter section (again, they were early and did not complain that I wasn't entirely ready for them). They worked quickly on installing our amazing new counters, sinks, and vanities, and were extremely neat in tidying up (my kitchen and bathrooms were cleaner after they left then when they arrived). I will definitely be recommending Jason and his team to all my family and friends, and look forward to reaching out to Jason again in the near future.
