Great expertise, follow up and workmanship
We purchased a few smart toilets that would not fit in our bathroom due to clearance issues with the water supply. We hired Bear Valley to find a way to install the toilets.
We were very happy with the expertise. Bear Valley gave me two options on how my issue could be resolved and offered their professional opinion on the better option.
We encountered an issue the day after the installation and was very impressed that they came back right away the next morning to help diagnose and fix the issue. They're very committed to making sure the job is done well and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was still working well.
The actual job was done very well. It involved a mix of plumbing and tile work and both were done perfectly. I can't see the difference where the tile had been replaced and the toilet was installed well despite uneven flooring causing another unexpected complication.
They left the work area spotless and took away all the mess including the old toilets and packaging for the replacement toilets and left mess at all for me to clean up.
I'd absolutely hire them again for a larger project.
