To start with, I found his rates to very reasonable. More importantly, he was very responsive and very reliable. Utilized his services twice. First for stubborn wasps that breached my walls. Returned after the wasps moved to a different spot and resolved the problem without additional charges. Next I utilized his services to rid myself of raccoons that breached my ceiling. In both cases he exceeded my expectations. He goes the extra distance to get the job done completely and he stands behind his work.
