Highly recommend this company! They were on time, provided excellent service, and were competitively priced. We received our new stove on Saturday night and they were able to accommodate us the next morning for the hookup- on a Sunday!!

We needed to replace a shut-off valve in our basement which was leaking. Crystal Mechanical did an excellent job - punctual, quick and

I was very pleased with the work that Hervé did in removing the old hot water tank and replacing it with a new one. Since the old tank had stopped working after only four and a half years of use, the 9 year warranty on the old tank was still valid. That meant bringing the old one back to the store where it was bought and picking up a new one. It all went very smoothly. I was very happy that Crystal Mechanical could accommodate us so quickly (same day service) and we are very happy to have our hot water back.
