Super happy you're still pleased with the investment you put into your home. We do a lot of work with Aetna pest control. They love our waterproofing system of the parging, tar and plastic as the insects (especially termites) won't go through it.
Your warrantee is still good for another 10 years but trust you'll still be dry for many years after that!
