Pebblecreek Furniture Company

Upon first seeing pebble creek furniture in a local store I was hooked. I thought it was perfect for my newly renovated home. Unfortunately the company lacks serious communication skills and has next to no customer service. Ordering the furniture was very complicated and we had to go back three times to fix the order as well as numerous phone calls between the store, pebble creek and myself. Once I finally recieved my furniture, they made a mistake on the cabinet. It took almost a year for them to replace it and the new one has mismatching stain on the cupboard doors. They are now refusing to acknowledge the problem as being theirs and will not fix it. For $2000 this unit should be perfect. Pebble Creek is a complete disappointment.

We purchased a kitchen table a few months prior and had trouble picking it up, warehouse hours were normal work hours(take off early from job) and no one would help load into truck. Against better judgement we purchased two more items. It took over two months and many phone calls- of which they couldn't coordinate the two products together, which made three picks ups for us for the two items. Even after arranging with owner for kitchen island and the granite top to be at warehouse for pickup two days prior, we showed up and the top was not there. All he said was "I had no warning." I was so fustrated, I couldn't even confront him. After being fustrated repeatedly, it was just insulting how he kept saying we are getting such a good deal on our items. Now that we have them in our home I am constantly reminded of the fustration and feel we overpayed.

The owners of the store are genuine people who care about their customers. Jennifer is awesome to deal with.

The furniture appears sturdy and has a great design. If you are looking for timeless pieces I recommend you visit the store. (My wife fell in love with it.)

There were some issues regarding fit and finish of the original piece however I experienced absolutely no problems returning it for replacement. I was able to voice concerns directly to the manufacturer here in CANADA. My concerns were addressed, I was treated well, and overall I came away with a positive shopping experience.

How a business deals with customer issues speaks volumes about their integrity and I wish this business every success.

We ordered a harvest kitchen table, stained dark brown on top and white around the apron and legs. We were told that with pine we could experience, the knots int he wood could come through the stain. Much to our surprise & disappointment these knots appeared as large mustard colour stains around the white portion of the table. Much more to our surprise was that Pebblecreek does not stand behind their work. They expect customers to pay for the table to be re-stained as "that is their policy" and expect customers to transport the table to fix the problem. Despite our intentions to purchase $3000/worth of chairs, Pebbelcreek was not willing to fix the problem. A friend also had a similar experience with her purchase of beds. We had planned to make other purcahses before this terrible experience - but based on their total disregard for customers or their products, will never shop at Pebblecreek Furniture again - and will let all of our friends and acquaintances know of our extremely poor experience.

Ordered a custom piece that took forever to get and the quality was not up to the price I paid. They were not professional. I will not shop there again.

We shopped for Pebble Creek at Home Expressions upstairs at the Home Hardware store in Whistler. We were happy with the service and the selection. We were able to choose the colours and size of unit we needed.

You can choose your colours and it worked perfect for my son's room. I will buy more pieces from this company in the future. There is a great variety of classic pieces to choose from.
