How do I thank Mark? The bookshelves are absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly. The hall cupboard/cabinet is a delight. The fireplace is amazing. I could not have gotten this furniture anywhere else. Mark is a true artisan who is hands on. I am so proud to have this furniture in my home. I am sure I will have more built over time.

I have shopped and bought at Pebblecreek in the past, however, I was so happy to find that they also design and build furniture to your specificatons. We have a TV on a wall that is not very wide and we needed a piece of furniture to hold the ugly black box/receiver. We couldn't find one that would fit anywhere, not to mention one that we even slightly liked. I knew basically what I wanted but with Pebblecreek we tweeked it a little and came up with a beautiful and timeless piece of furniture! I am really happy.

My wife is Interesting to say the least. She is a very colourful person who loves antiques with a twist! Often she takes me furniture hunting for old relics that she can refinish! I hate this! Haha but love my wife! Pebblecreek saved me from a lifetime of antique hunting at garage sales!

I have been buying Pebblecreek Furniture for as long as they have been in buisness and I'm always thrilled to add a new piece to my home.

One of my first large pieces was a beautiful giant black wardrobe. I remember having it delivered to my home, which at the time had very little furniture yet,. When the delivery drivers had left I pulled up a chair and sat very proudly in front of it, just admiring it and all its beauty as it stood alone in the almost empty room. It seems like I've had it forever now and still I find myself gawking at its silky finish whenever I walk by.

Anyone who has not yet seen or purchased a piece of furniture from this company needs to understand one thing. If you get this one thing than you will never buy another piece of furniture from anyone else again. See you are not buying just a piece of furniture, you are buying a piece of someones life. For a week or so someone put everything they had in to that piece of art you've now brought home. They made every cut with care, sanded delicate mouldings by hand and lovingly inspected every seam to make sure it was perfect, and one thing I can tell you for sure is that if that piece of furniture was falling behind schedule one if not several people cared enough to give up their evenings or weekends to work well into the night to make sure the person recieving it had the same proud excitment I did.

This furniture has soul, its made right here in our own backyard by people with a passion for making your house a home.

This furniture has personalty, it ages like a fine wine and must be treated with care and it will last long after your gone.

I don't see how anyone could ever shop at places like Ikea, or the brick after having a piece of this furniture. Sure those places may be cheaper in price but also far cheaper in quality... You will buy the same piece of furniture in a box atleast a dozen times in your lifetime.....But I can guarentee you your pebblecreek custom design furniture will be a part of you forever.

I would never even think about buying furniture anywhere else

I purchased a bed and two bookcases from Pebblecreek, which were completed right on schedule and delivered at the appointed time. There was a small problem with the height of the bed support posts which the delivery men could not fix, but the owners themselves came to my home later in the day and not only fixed the problem but did some extra trimming of the bed so that it would fit better into the space. Service above and beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend this company; the furniture is beautiful and the service outstanding!

Wow, isn't it refreshing to walk in to a store that is truly LOCAL and whose owner is seriously passionate about what he does!? I believe Pebblecreek is one of these very few manufacturers.

I ordered a chocolate brown hutch for my dinning room and a queen bed equipped with two night stands. The staff in the South Surrey store were incredibly helpful in assisting me to pick out the type of wood and colors I wanted. They even went as far as to call Mark himself down to the store to personally help me DESIGN my hutch to fit perfectly in my awkward dinning room (I have never been offered this sort of service any where else). And wow what a personable guy who cares about what he does and seriously believes in customer service. What other company would do something like that? Not the brick or ikea I'll tell ya that much.

Of course every company has it faults/hiccups in something- pebblecreek is no exception. However, from my experience I really can't say that I believe the negative comments on here have been seriously justified. Nobody's service is ALWAYS perfect, but what I liked about Pebblecreek is that they were always reassuring me, and their staff were kind and respectful (not something you can find in every store these days).

Upon receiving my new pieces I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. One thing about Pebblecreek's furniture is it really stands out in your home. If you're looking for people who really care about what they are building/selling, Pebblecreek is the place for you.

We were very please by the customer service offered by PebbleCreek and it's staff. Even after driving out of their way to deliver our bed and nightstand (because we live in the middle of no-where), their had been a misunderstanding on our part of the hight of our bed and required addiitonal two pieces - and without issue came back the same day, smile on their faces - and provided us with the pieced we needed to spend our first night in our new bed. Not only did they come back that same night, but it was the owner himself who hand delivered and installed the pieces himself! Excellent customer service and we will be back to order more beautiful pieces soon!

I was deeply impressed by Mark, the designer, and his staff at their impeccable customer service, flexibllity, and attention to detail. My expectations were exceeded with the quality of craftmanship and I would highly recommend Pebble Creek to anyone whether it be for one piece of furniture or outfitting your entire house. I most recently had a few custom made pieces from Pebblecreek Factory. I had been referred by a friend who has been a client for many years. When my order arrived, I was overwhelmed by the craftsmanship and design of my new furniture. I have had a few other pieces custom made by other companies, and there is no comparison. I was surprised to see the negative remarks about such a neat little company. I am going to order a bedroom suite very soon and would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family.
