Sears maintenance came to repair and replace components on our washing machine (the repairman Max P. did a fine job, was , on time, very courteous and informative. He gave us his cell no. in case we had any questions. Highly recommended and very efficient. Washing machine is like new again.... so far.

I ordered online @ sears.ca "Canadas Best Kitchen Package", Kenmore Elite appliances on Dec 7. 2016 and was issued a delivery date of Dec.21. Great, I took the receipt put it in an envelope and wrote Merry Christmas to my wife and myself. Great! right?.....wrong!
On Dec 22 (a day late) they called me and reissued a new delivery date of Dec.28.
On Dec.28, again, no appliances but a phone call from customer service saying they are cancelling my order and refunding my credit card, which they already took the money for 3 weeks ago.
This treatment is very poor and disheartening is this what Sears has come to? We only want what we ordered and paid for. I am now having to go to the store deal with a manager and co ordinate this transaction on my own.
Sears needs to deliver on their promise.
Incredibly disappointed, especially considering our loyalty to Sears and Kenmore products over many years.

I will update all on how this situation unfolds.

Great service, it took about 2.5 weeks to purchase the central AC system as well as the installation. Once the installation was completed, the team called twice for the following 2 weeks to make sure everything is working fine. The installers were very kind in explaining me every step they performed and why they did. also provided lots of tips and tricks on maintaining it and tips on how to reduce the electricity bill as well. Very satisfied with the service. I found it expensive since it`s my first home purchase being a single mom and I was very anxious but the team helped me through it quite well and re-assured me.

Two years ago my husband bought me a stove. The service was good. It was been good so far, no problems at all. They don't charge us a delivery fee because it was already included in the price. Highly recommend this company
