After a disappointing experience with another company, I stopped in at their small showroom in Burlington.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They showed up at the scheduled appointment time to take the measurements, and were very professional.
I was promised by them that they would be installed before New Years day, even though it was getting close to Xmas. We were shocked when they called back one week later and asked if we minded having them installed BEFORE Christmas. Wow.
The installer was very skilled and did a great job. The shutters look so good, we're having them back in the spring to do some additional windows.
Would highly recommend this company for all your window coverings.

Glen and Cindy did an exceptional job with helping us choose our blinds and their installer did a great job. Everyone we worked with was professional and extremely helpful. We had no idea about window covering when we bought our first home. Our home looked fab and we look forward to working with them again on our next home in the spring.

This is a good place for window coverings. They have good prices but not exceptionally inexpensive. If you catch a sale, it's a good buy. The installers were very efficient and they did a good job. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing shutters in their home. Shutters as a product for the home is great. Very easy to maintain and clean.

I am extremely impressed with their service! My wife and I recently bought a new house. We did not know what kind of blinds, shutters, drapes, etc to buy. Cindy in the store was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She devoted quite a bit of her time to explain to us what kinds of things to buy and her recommendations. Also, Glen did a super job with the measurements and explained to us any recommendations/modifications. The installation was done very well. The blind/drape combo by the patio door looked amazing! (Blinds-to-Go didn't have that). Also, the prices are very reasonable(not much of a price difference than Blinds-to-go). More importantly, these blinds are made by Hunter-Douglas in which the quality and warranty are significantly better than Blinds-to-Go. Generally, if you are a "newbie" and if you want to get some good quality blinds at a great price and looking fantastic in your house, this company is the place to go. You won't be disappointed.
