Large flat roof for single detached house, it is not well sloped, so the last contractor did a really bad job, it was in really bad condition for 4 years only. so many wet wood inside and leaking.
I call jason for estimate, not the cheapest i got quoted, but fair price. Oh, well, i did caught the snow on time, so steve did took extra time to finish up my roof.
I ends up with brand new roof and skylight, excellent job.
I will definitely call them again in spring when i have to do my shingles.
