Rate agreed on phone $40/per hr. plus $40/-. On arrival they get you to sign a document and to deposit of $500/-. They move most of the items near the truck. Then they demand another $500/- You can negotiate to reduce the 2nd. deposit to $300/- Next they load the truck. Now they say your bill is $1950/- and hold your goods as ransom. They point out now that the deposits are non refundable. Finally, they brought all the goods down and walked away with $800/- Day light robbery and police cannot do anything abt. it. You will need to take them to small claims court. Do not use them - spread the word.

This company is the worst one I have dealt with in my entire life.

They arrived late on the job and had shoddy, grouchy workers to do the job. They almost broke my television even though being warned that they were carrying it precariously. They charged for flights of stairs that did not exist. The workers took a dinner break which lasted two hours. On arrival at the new house they inflated prices, charged for flights of stairs that did not exist and locked up my contents in their van and would not release them till they got full payment.
Then when some major items were still on the driveway awaiting delivery into the house like 2 mattresses, a television, a dresser and a crystal cabinet they drove off into the night. IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. On doing further research on this company I found out that several people have been ripped off by this company. ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD ANYONE USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY. I say go the extra mile and pay a reputed mover. The scam, aggravation and bad attitude represented by the employees of this company are not worth the grief. BEWARE!
