2 separate installations with installers late or messy leaving us without windows for lunch break. Windows seemed fine until one morning last month, a big crack from the inside and 3 windows have water inside the panes along the seals.Left a message, phoned, Talked to Vladimir and still waiting for an inspection, no follow ups. Sent a registered mail to claim the warranty on the seals (10 years) and no answer. Same problem happened to another consumer: Mike Mac from Mississauga. A true headache from the installation to the claims.

Absolutely satisfied, work is done beautifully, from start to finish and many thanks to our sales rep who took a great care of this project, we appreciated it and already referred two more families to use your service.

I ordered 6 windows from Northview, i heard several good reviews from my friends about this company and i agree, they work very well, prompt service, polite staff, great customer service and what’s most important the windows operate without any problems and look amazing. I had Northview replace my side entry door, the original had a rotten frame and was falling apart. I chose nothing fancy, just plain steel 6 panel door and the guys came quickly and put it almost in a blink. Good, clean job, i would deal with them again if i had to.

Sales representative arrived on time and presented us with a selection of product. Delivery was scheduled and door was promptly delivered. Installation was efficient and service men cleaned up floor and left no mess behind.

Awesome! I had the same great experience as the rest of the 10-star reviewers. Northview was efficient, helpful and the price is more than reasonable for the product and the service. The windows well cover looks very good because it is measured to the exact size. Terrific people and product.
