BUYER BEWARE! If I could give this company a minus rating, I would. After being a loyal customer for over eight years, when I cancelled because of a move, they charged me for a full year. Not once during those eight years did they notify me in writing that they were billing me annually. Not one email, not one phone call. Their website advertises a monthly charge but they sneak in the yearly contract via a voice confirmation. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. To add insult to injury, the customer service representative never returned my phone call or emailed me after she said, "she would look into it."

In order to deliver the lowest cost alarm monitoring across North America, we do not invoice our clients and all customers are on automatic debiting in order to keep our costs down allowing for the delivery of this low cost monitoring. Our agreements are now and always have been one year automatically renewable and our clients must give us 15 days notice in writing in order to stop the pre-authorized debiting. This is not hidden but is clause 4 of our agreement and is explained fully up-front. Should the customer cancel outside of the perameters of the agreement, the prepaid funds become like a store credit. You can leave the balance in your account for usage at a later date, you can take the funds with you to your next residence or you can gift the funds to whomever you wish.
