Fixed my dishwasher over the phone!

I called to make an appointment since my dishwasher wasn't draining. Peter called me back shortly after and suggested something that I could do to fix it myself. It turns out it worked perfectly.
While I didn't have to book Peter to come and fix anything today I now know which person I'm going to call for any appliance repairs in the future.
Fantastic experience.
